Apart from on street parking limitations this restaurant is a refreshing find for me, my family and friends. We usually order in through them but recently went in with friends and family to be amazed by the ambience, food, exceptional customer service from (Faizal mohammed) and the staff. We were given all flexibility to adapt our food on varied spice level requirements and food choices made by a large group of us. This is currently our most favourite authentic Indian Bangladeshi restaurant in Cambridge. Highly recommend to all. Well done team. Keep up the good work.

Found this great place while visiting Cambridge. Arrived and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. Venue was very nice Food was fantastic, especially the mixed grill platter. The lamb was very soft and there was nice ghee mixed with garlic taste on top. The garlic naan was soft was full of flavour. Was all very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back on the next trip to Cambridge.

Have been living near cherry Hilton for a few years but just discovered this hidden gem! Absolutely enjoyed everything there, especially the staff curry and the garlic naan. Service was exceptional, everyone was so friendly, would definitely visit again.

We recently visited for their Sunday roast, and it was absolutely fantastic. The roast was incredibly succulent, bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced. Each bite was a delightful mix of bold, rich tastes that only a true expert in Indian cuisine can deliver. To top it off, the dessert was nothing short of amazing—sweet, indulgent, and a perfect end to a flavorful meal. The mocktails were just as impressive, offering refreshing and delicious flavors that complemented the meal beautifully. We rate this experience a solid 10/10. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! We visited twice on a long weekend visit to Cambridge, and were blown away. Truly magnificent, flavourful food with top quality presentation. Not only is the food excellent but the service is also first class. All the staff, especially Naeem, were always smiling and couldn't do enough for you. Seating is ample and comfortable, and love that they have bollywood music playing in the background. If you live in Cambridge, or are just visiting then I would highly recommend Taj Tandoori.

Finally got around to visiting you try their Sunday roast and we'll definitely be visiting many more times. The meat was beautifully cooked and spiced. The potatoes were crispy and the Yorkshire pudding was an inspired choice of flavors. They were also great with children: I was a little worried about the lack of kids menu but they were very accommodating and our normally fussy 3 year old filled himself to bursting!

We had a lovely meal at this Indian restaurant in Cambridge. The staff were friendly and gave helpful advice about the menu. We started with a tasty appetizer, followed by butter chicken and a slow-cooked lamb dish. Both were well-spiced and nicely prepared. The atmosphere was relaxed and everything ran smoothly. A great spot if you’re in the mood for good Indian food.

Genuinely great restaurant, great variety of dishes and some top notch cooking. Couldn't recommend the staff curry highly enough, up there with some of the best curry's I've eaten. Attentive service, good value and great atmosphere too. Would definitely seek this place out if you're in Cambridge
